She owns the marketing P&L, creative direction, channel mix, and analytics—prioritizing efficient customer acquisition, high-quality retention, and brand coherence from packaging to post-purchase. Apple oversees day-to-day operations at Prasilith, from vendor development to quality and fulfillment. With a background in business and law, she has built supplier networks across Thailand and the wider region, implementing clear QA/QC programs, traceability, and documentation aligned to EU/US requirements. Apple maintains close relationships with manufacturing partners and breeder communities, translating product intent into manufacturable, compliant goods. She is responsible for operational readiness, cost control, and on-time launches across multiple product lines. Ahmet Yesilkaya, CEO.
Entrepreneurial legal executive turned founder. Builds design-led, sustainable consumer ventures across Southeast Asia and Europe. Ahmet is the founder and CEO of Prasilith. A seasoned corporate lawyer and compliance leader, he has led regional legal and commercial initiatives for multinational consumer companies before moving into company building. His focus is creating durable, design-led businesses with disciplined governance: smart market entry, robust supply chains, and products that meet EU/US standards from day one. Based in Bangkok, Ahmet drives strategy, capital allocation, and partnerships while setting a calm, long-horizon culture grounded in ethics and performance.
